Some people do dark pics regularly, and so well…clearly I do not come by that naturally.  I really really wanted the white wings from ATTIC, I’m probably the only person playing a gacha where I get the rare on the 1st pull and go “dammit”!  I played more than I should have (sighs) and only wound up with the white horns…so dark pic, here we come.  I still couldn’t totally pull it off cause I really wanted the flying whale in the pic and even though anc calls this shade of grass night, it’s really not terribly dark.  Don’t get me wrong, I love that bluish/purple shade…I got that and the pearl shade while I was at We Love Role-Play.  I also very rarely do dark hair, but I really really like Monso’s blacks…this is the brownish black in the black/white pack, soft and nicely painted.  So yeah, started off dark…wound up kinda whimsical ❤

As to the name of the pic….it’s from a poem I knew way way back.  “What if the world we knew was blue and the sky was green as jade, what if birds learned how to swim in purple lemonade”.  I don’t remember the rest, and to be honest, I’m not 100% sure that what I do remember is exactly right.  I tried googling it…nothing.  I don’t think I made it up (I used to write really bad poetry back in the day) cause it’s pretty clever.  Anyway, I was sitting in the water with my ribbon wings and a flying whale in the background (who spouts blue sparklies!) and it popped into my head.  Caleb (who’s freshly 16) said the pic reminded him of Lennon’s Imagine song…but to quote Inigo Montoya ” I do not think it means what you think it means” ❤
