Are we ready to end this year!?

Maybe? Kinda? Me…ehhhh…I could stay a bit longer. Honestly, I’ve has a pretty good year and wouldn’t mind staying in it’s good graces and pushing my luck a bit longer. And I say this as I hear the babies of the squirrel family in the attic above my head freaking out because the neighbors are getting an early start on the fireworks. Their parents have dug out a nice little nest in my insulation (I assume) since they don’t like the cold or the excessively close booms. Here’s to hoping they don’t chew through anything important up there and move back to their tree when the weather (and babies) permit. ❤
