My Firestorm has been acting beautifully since Saturday (hope I don’t jinx it here) and I’ve been pretty productive.  I’ve wanted to wear this adorable outfit from Sweet Kajira since I first saw it and figured I needed to while I had the chance to see all of me.  I was thinking a nice simple shot.  I like simple.  Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately?) Darth was lurking nearby working on setting up a ginormous scene for his next shot. I’m mostly a minimalist when it comes to pictures (not all the time, but mostly); Darth is very much a maximumist (yeah, I coined that term, I should get royalties now every time it’s used).  He must have glanced over and saw it was just me and a pose stand (he had no idea I was going to add the kitties and turtles)…and it was Captain Maximumus to the rescue.  Granted, my shot didn’t need rescuing.. but all I hear for the next half hour was….”ohhhh, wait, I got this at blah blah blah, it’ll go perfect” and ” ohhh, lemme add in the stuff from blah blah blah, that’ll add texture and give you composition”.  Jeez, I moved one thing out of the shot and he pretended to cry (I put it back, then pulled it out again when he wasn’t looking).  So my simple shot turned into a bit of an elaborate shot….but I like it….props to Captain Maximumus. ❤
