The Netflix limited series, The Queens Gambit (which is, apparently, a famous chess move/strategy) is all the rage right now, so it’s not surprising that we start to see some inspiration pop up in SL. Monso created this ‘do, appropriately called Beth, after the series heroine. I was hesitant to begin watching as I know zilch about chess, but I finally gave in just to see all the cool decor and fashion from the 60’s (in which the series is set). I was enamored from the start and have actually re-watched several parts to better put my finger on how old Beth actually is at the end. If you watched it, you’d understand. If you haven’t, you should just to help me out here…I swear I don’t know why it intrigues me so much. Anyway, it’s a gorgeously shot piece of work and I’m going to need somebody to make that white hat and coat from the last episode. ❤

I did absolutely no edits on this, I cropped, softened the corners and added my name…..so this is truly what the 1.5 tone looks like in normal medium-high lighting and graphics. By the way…LAQ is working on something big…..they’ve been teasing it for a month or so now….I need someone to drop some hints…stay tuned! ❤
